International Customers - it is your duty to pay all customs fees or duties for items imported into your country. If the item is returned to us because you didn't accept, a penalty will apply for restocking if you request a refund.No refund after 90 days of the sale if contact has not been made.
Kindly allow up to 2 - 5 business days for your item to arrive for Metro areas and 5-7 business days for non-metro and regional areas (excludes public holidays). If after this time you have not received your item, kindly contact us to investigate.

If you need more time to pay, please email us for a time extension. If no communication is received, we may start an unpaid item dispute on ebay. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item or listing details are unintentional. Occasionally we may run out of stock and our website might not be up-to-date, in this case we will contact you to offer you a replacement (similar) item or advise when stock will be available. A full refund will be offered if you wish to cancel. Cancellations can take up to 48 hours.
If you buy an item and wish to cancel because your child mistakenly used your phone or internet, you are still obliged to complete the transaction. You will have to first pay for the item in full and we will then refund you the balance after deducting a cancellation fee (please note we are strict on this policy as it has been misused a lot) which may be 10-20% of the transaction. Change of mind returns or mistakes once an order has been placed will not be accepted, please check carefully before making a commitment to buy as we cannot cancel an order unless it is out of stock.
For products that involve batteries operation or warranty please contact the manufacturer for usage, instructions etc. If you need to return the item because it is dead upon arrival please let us know within 3 days and we will organise a return pick-up or offer you a credit or you can return it for refund if approved.
RETURNS: ONLY return items after we have approved the reason for your return. Items to be returned within 7 or 30 days (may vary with each listing please check). Please ensure all tags are still attached and in original package, should be resellable. If free postage is offered, return postage will be deducted for refunds. No returns on some jewellery items like navel belly rings, earrings etc due to hygiene reasons.
FEEDBACK: If negative feedback is left before we can resolve the matter, we will assume the matter is finalised.
